Intro to Boy Scouts
Wolf Badge
When a boy has completed the first grade or is 8 years old and has earned the Bobcat Badge, he may work towards the Wolf Badge. Wolf Cubs are a little older than Tiger Cubs and are learning to be more independent, but still need help from their akela (parent, den leader, etc.) for some activities.

Wolf Rank Requirements
There are 12 required achievements for the wolf badge. Some will be completed as den projects, but parents should expect to spend some time working with their scouts on family-related achievements at home.

After earning the Wolf Badge, Wolf Cubs may earn Arrow Points to wear on their uniforms.  A gold arrow point is awarded for the first 10 electives completed. A silver arrow point is awarded for each additional 10 electives.
